Home | About APGO | The Act The Act (last updated on March 18, 2008) The Professional Geoscientists Act, 2000 (the "Act") passed on June 23, 2000 established the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) as the governing body for professional geoscientists. This Act, its Regulations and By-laws govern the practice of professional geoscience in Ontario. The Act sets out the objects of the Association.
