APGO office in need of a Safe and Fireproof Filing Cabinets
The APGO is appealing to members in its search for a used office safe and used heavy duty legal size fireproof filing cabinets. The safe is needed to store various items that need added protection - such as the corporate seal, cheques, keys, petty cash, etc.
When APGO moved to its new premises in 2002, the Association was very fortunate to be given four four-drawer fireproof filing cabinets to be used for the members files. These were kindly donated to APGO by Watts Griffis and McOuat. Your member files have long outgrown these 4 cabinets - together with the C of A files they now occupy over ten four-drawer cabinets in all, and we need to find some secure cabinets for the overflow.
If your office, or an office you know, has either a safe or fireproof cabinets that are no longer required and could be considered for donation to the Association, please get in touch with the APGO office. Paint condition or vintage is not an issue as long as the items function properly. Pick up and transportation can be arranged.
Avoiding the need to purchase these items, either new or used, will be a represent a substantial saving to the Association.
