MOE Seeks Comment on Phase II ESA Guideline

As you may be aware, the long awaited Guideline for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in Ontario has finally been put out by the MOE for comment. It was posted on the EBR on June 8 for a 60-day comment period. Responses must be submitted to the MOE by August 7, 2006.

This important document deserves a well thought out response from the geoscience community. Therefore, APGO's Environmental Geoscience Committee held a workshop to put together the Association's response on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in Toronto.
