DEADLINE TO SUBMIT CPD HOURS: Midnight, March 31 of the year following the year being reported (e.g. March 31, 2012 for the 2011 CPD reporting year).

Online Module Features

• Easy access.
    - The Online CPD Module is easily accessed through the Members Only Area, using your Username (LastNameMemberNumber) and Password, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Login at https://portal.apgo.net/mpower/mpp/viewlogin.action.
• Simplified CPD hour allocation.
    - CPD hours entered are automatically distributed and rolled forward in accordance with the APGO CPD program.
• Easy tracking, reviewing, revising, and printing/saving of your CPD hours.
• Easily file your hours throughout the CPD year, as they occur, wherever you have internet access.
• Automatic entry for some required information.
• Easy Save feature. Data is saved automatically after each entry.
• “Filed in Other Jurisdiction” reporting feature.
• Exemption Request feature (please state reason for request).
• No need to fax, email or mail your CPD hour declaration with the new Online Module.
    - Data entry automatically closes on March 31 of the year following the year being reported on (e.g. March 31, 2012 for the 2011 CPD reporting year) and your reported CPD hours are automatically available to the Association. No further submission is necessary.

The new Online CPD Reporting Module is the preferred and efficient method of reporting your CPD hours.

Hard Copy CPD Submissions

Should you opt to submit your hours by fax, email, or mail, a spreadsheet file is available for download. Please click here to download the file.

If you are submitting a CPD Hard Copy, please note:

• If you need to know the hours carried forward for the CPD year you are reporting, you will need to login to the online module, through the Members Only Area, using your Username (LastNameMemberNumber) and Password, where the hours are recorded, or contact the office to obtain a hardcopy.
• The CPD reporting document will need to be signed and dated.
• All worksheets in the file, including the detailed hour and event breakdowns, will need to be submitted by fax (416-203-6181), email (info@apgo.net) or mail (http://www.apgo.net/public-contact.htm) by March 31 of the year following the year being reported on (e.g. March 31, 2012 for the 2011 CPD reporting year).
• Hours reported in hardcopy will require input into the CPD module by APGO staff. The ability to track, review and utilize the online module may be delayed due the time required to input this data.
