Work Experience
|
The minimum acceptable work experience required for entry to
professional practice as a geoscientist is at least four years, or 48 months accumulated of relevant work
experience. To qualify as acceptable work experience, at least
12 months work experience must have been in Canada, or in a
Canadian work environment or an equivalent. This
accumulated Work Experience Record (WER) must also be validated
by three referees, as per Registration Regulation (O.Reg.
